Here’s the thing about running a wedding photography business that’s built on connection, sometimes I can’t physically be at every wedding. But when I say that my team shows up with just as much heart and intention as I do, I really mean it. Samantha and Lain’s wedding is such a beautiful example of that. The Engagement Session That Started It All
Before their wedding, Samantha and Lain did something I highly recommend, they booked their engagement session with the same associate photographer who would be with them on their big day. Not only did it give them a chance to connect and build trust, but it also made the wedding day feel less like a “new” experience and more like reuniting with an old friend. Even though I wasn’t physically there, I was still so involved behind the scenes. Timeline planning? I helped with that. Prepping the associate with all the important moments and family dynamics? Yep, that too. When I got the first preview photo from the day a sweet candid of Samantha getting ready I audibly gasped (and maybe teared up a little)! My associate captured everything so beautifully from the details to the dance floor. The photos felt like me, because that’s what we’ve built this team to do. And the best part?
