Rustic Chic Barn Wedding
At the time that I am writing this, I have had the honor of capturing Rena and Randall several times. It was during their wedding day, however, that it truly was a pivotal moment in our relationship. Getting to witness the outpouring of love between their families and each other, really was such a powerful day.
Rena and Randall chose not to have a wedding party which left a lot of focus on celebrating just the two of them, along with their family and friends. It was evident that throughout the day there was so much intention behind every detail. Rena wore her grandmother’s wedding ring, someone who meant a lot to her. Not only was this day meant to celebrate Rena and Randall, but also their son, Jackson. Whom Rena chose to have separate vows as well as give a shared ring. So much detail and beauty went into this day, I can hardly take it.
For the ceremony, Rena decided that both of her parents would have the honor of walking her down the aisle which I thought was the sweetest touch for such a special day. Overlooking the acres of land that surrounded us, Rena and Randall exchanged their vows to one another. Tears were DEFINITELY there, so always pack tissues people.
The remainder of their wedding day was spent taking portraits, especially golden hour, in the beautiful fields around us. I mean, how could we not?! Line dancing, cake cutting, garter, and bouquet tosses were just some of the many things that made Rena and Randall’s wedding day just that much more special. It was a night I will never forget and neither will this amazing and genuine couple.
Cheers to Rena & Randall :’)
